Return policy
DirectVend sells tested used vending machines from the Columbus, Ohio area. Because these are heavy used machines that are prepared for pickup or freight, all purchases should be reviewed before payment and shipment.
Returns and exchanges
DirectVend does not accept general returns or exchanges for used vending machines after the buyer approves the selected machine and the machine is picked up or released to freight.
Cancellations before release
If a buyer needs to cancel before the machine is picked up or released to freight, contact DirectVend as soon as possible. If payment has already been made and the machine has not been released, any approved refund is returned to the original payment method when possible. Processing time depends on the payment provider.
Condition review
Buyers may request photos, machine details, configuration information, freight details, and availability confirmation before purchase. Local inspection or pickup coordination may be available before the machine is released.
Freight damage
If a machine arrives with visible freight damage, note the damage with the carrier before accepting delivery, take clear photos, keep all packaging materials, and contact DirectVend promptly. Freight damage claims may need to be handled with the carrier or logistics provider based on the shipment terms.
Approved exceptions
If DirectVend approves a return exception in writing, the buyer is responsible for return freight unless the written approval says otherwise. The machine must be returned in the same condition and with the same parts included at release.
