Shipping policy
DirectVend sells used vending machines from the Columbus, Ohio area. Machines are heavy commercial equipment, so shipping is handled by quote, appointment, and freight coordination instead of standard parcel checkout.
Pickup and shipment origin
Machines are available from 4569 Morse Rd, Gahanna, OH 43230. Local pickup and freight pickup are available by appointment after machine availability, condition, payment, and pickup timing are confirmed.
Freight quotes
Freight estimates shown on the website are planning estimates unless a live carrier-backed quote is shown. Before payment, DirectVend confirms the selected machine, destination ZIP or address, delivery location type, liftgate needs, inside delivery needs, appointment needs, and final freight cost.
Delivery timing
LTL freight timing depends on carrier availability, destination, pickup schedule, and delivery access. Typical transit estimates are 2 to 8 business days after carrier pickup, but exact timing must be confirmed with the selected carrier or freight partner.
Accessorial services
Heavy vending machines may require liftgate service, residential delivery, inside delivery, limited access delivery, or delivery appointment service. These services can change the final freight price and must be disclosed before shipment is booked.
Freight inspection
Inspect the machine before accepting delivery. If visible freight damage is present, note it with the carrier, take photos before moving the machine, keep packaging materials, and contact DirectVend promptly.
