Shipping and pickup policy
DirectVend offers local pickup by appointment and delivery checkout for eligible vending machines. Delivery includes palletizing and freight coordination so each machine can be prepared for carrier transport after payment is confirmed.
Pickup location
Machines are available from 4569 Morse Rd, Gahanna, OH 43230. Pickup is by appointment after machine availability, condition, payment, and pickup timing are confirmed.
Delivery checkout
Product pages can calculate a delivered total using the delivery address and selected delivery needs. The delivered total includes the machine price, palletizing fee, and selected freight rate.
Palletizing and freight preparation
Vending machines are heavy commercial equipment. For delivery orders, DirectVend coordinates palletizing so the machine can be protected, wrapped, and secured before the freight carrier picks it up.
Pickup preparation
Buyers choosing pickup should plan for the weight and size of the selected machine before arrival. Vending machines can weigh roughly 686 to 760 lbs, and the Dutro hand truck is about 115 lbs. Bring the right moving equipment, vehicle, and help for loading.
Appointment timing
Pickup timing must be confirmed before arrival. Machines are not released without a confirmed appointment and completed payment. For delivery orders, DirectVend follows up after checkout to coordinate preparation and carrier pickup timing.
